Project description:

IAn important part of the project is raising awareness among employers about intellectual capital in their companies. Once an employee leaves a company, it also means a loss of intellectual capital. The project aims at presenting employers with methodology of protecting such capital. In case of small and medium enterprises , the project is supposed to teach employers about the opportunity of advancing such hidden activities as: PR, marketing, canvassing. The activities may be broadened of logistics, transport, HR or i.e. back office The partnership promotes the idea of ‘sharing’ an employee, who does not work full time. Project was being implemented in Masovian Voivodeship which is often regarded a region of high contrasts at labor market. One of project’s goals was identifying possibilities for employment rate redistribution without necessity to relocate employees by means of modern telecommunication (tele-work, e-work, etc.)

Project’s goal:

Decreasing number of discriminatory barriers at the labor market by generating higher demand for Flexible Forms of Employment in local enterprises and by using ICTs.
• Promotion of Flexible Forms of Employment as a method to increase effectiveness and competitiveness of a company.
• Large-scale use of ICTs to allow long-distance work.
• Developing innovative solutions at labor market and creating new employment opportunity to prevent discrimination.

Results:

Packet of solutions supporting Flexible Forms of Employment in MSP. Packet contains i.e. examples of contracts regarding Flexible Forms of Employment in line with Labor Code and Commercial Trade Code (c.20) as well as other necessary or helpful document and procedures allowing companies to implement Flexible Forms of Employment.

• Entrepreneurs will receive a ‘Flexible Company’ packet
• Employees will receive a ‘Flexible Worker’ packet
• Institutions making steps to support companies in reaching an agreement with their employees will receive ‘Flexible Labor Market’ packet

• The main task of international partnership is to enable formation of consultancy forum , which would allow the exchange of knowledge, skills and experience in the field of Flexible Forms of Employment development and implementation. As a result, good practices and know-how could be collected and re-applied in other countries.
